2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the judgment of this Court dated 30.03.2018 passed in CWJC No. 4816 of 2018.

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of OP No. 5 Annexure-'B'

Patna High Court MJC No.1301 of 2018 dt.31-10-2018 whereof being an order dated 21.05.2018 discloses that a final decision has been taken by the authorities and thus it is submitted that the order of this Court stands complied with.

In the above view of the matter, MJC No. 1301 of 2018 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case he is aggrieved by the order of the authorities as noticed above, he may agitate the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
