JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-11-2019 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 105 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per F.I.R. is that petitioner stabbed the brother of informant and there is allegation against co-accused of stabbing the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that he has been in judicial custody since 20.05.2019 and has falsely been roped in the present case and though there is allegation that he stabbed the brother of informant, however, injuries caused to him was found simple in nature.

Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the State. They have opposed the prayer for bail.

Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM -I, Saran, in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 105 of 2019 subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Trial Court.
