JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is the elder brother of the husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 06/05/2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 /4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant for non fulfillment of demand of dowry. It is submitted that the deceased with her husband (petitioner) was going on a motor cycle and due to accident both fell down and the victim sustained head injury. The husband of the victim is in custody.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36949 of 2014 (3) dt.19-01-2015 2/2 satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Madhepura in connection with Alamnagar P.S.Case No. 103/2013.
