Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

No doubt, petitioner is named in the First Information Report with allegation that she pelted bricks at the time of occurrence but it is specific case of the prosecution that the deceased was assaulted by other accused. Moreover, the petitioner being a lady is languishing in jail custody since 04.06.2016.
