This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 302 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the petitioner and others assaulted to the husband of the informant, as a result whereof he died.

Submission of the petitioner is that the post mortem report would reveal that no injury on any part of the body of the deceased was found by the doctor, hence, cause of death could not be opined.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be
