This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Babubarhi Police Station Case No. 191 of 2020, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has been exonerated by the police during investigation and final form has been submitted, the Court below has differed with the final form and taken cognizance.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the application is allowed. The petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
