The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 35(1-b) A, 26,35 of the Arms Act. Petitioner was arrested along with Sohram Nut and from the possession of the petitioner one cartridge is said to have been recovered for that the petitioner is in custody since 14.05.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Daudpur P.S.
