Petitioners are languishing in custody for offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/307/302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioners of assault is general and omnibus. Specific allegation of commission of murder by throttling is against the named accused persons. Allegation of assault to the informant with weapon is against another accused.

Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts specifically the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12917 of 2017 (2) dt.21-03-2017 2/2 fact that the petitioners are females, let petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No.111 of 2016, with condition that petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioners in this case.
