The challenge in the present writ application is to the order dated 25.01.2016 passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Buxar in Appeal No. 04 of 2013. At the very outset, learned counsel for the State submitted that the order is appealable before the State Teachers

Patna High Court CWJC No.14437 of 2016 dt.20-03-2017 2/2 Employment Appellate Authority, which has now become functional. In view of the fact that the matter involves issues of fact and the Appellate Authority is functional, the Court is not inclined to go into the matter, at this stage. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to move before the State Teachers Employment Appellate Authority. If the same is filed along with a copy of this order within one month from today, the State Appellate Authority shall dispose off the matter within four weeks from the date of its filing, in accordance with law.
