1. Though, the present writ petition has been filed for permitting the petitioner to sell the land bearing Holding No.122C/1, situated at Ward No.41, Thawai, Sufinagar, P.S. Biharsharif, District-Nalanda, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
