Heard Mr. Krishna Deo Raj, learned Counsel for the petitioners, and Mr. Umesh Lal Verma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to approach this Court again with appropriate application.
