JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 15-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Parihar P.S. Case No. 173 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 20(B), 22(C) and 23(C) of the N.D.P.S. Act.
It is alleged that 11 kg. 200 gram Ganja has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Case diary has been received.
All the witnesses have stated in the case diary that Ganja has been recovered from possession so this petitioner. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
