The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 302, 504, 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that all the F.I.R named accused persons including petitioners, variously armed came at the door of the informant and started abusing the father of the informant. The accused persons thereafter started assaulting the father of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.452 of 2022(5) dt.17-10-2022 2/3 informant. It is specifically alleged that co-accused Suman Kumar assaulted with iron rod to the father of the informant. The father of the informant subsequently succumbed to the injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The specific accusation of making assault with iron rod to the deceased is against coaccused Suman Kumar who is not petitioner before this Court. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial
