This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 504 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

For land dispute petitioner Sajeman @ Sajman @ Shah Jamal, is said to have caused injury at the head of the father of the petitioner. Petitioner, Md. Dildar, caused injury at the head of the petitioner.

Submission of the petitioners is that the doctor had found simple injuries.

Since, two petitioners had knowledge that their act might cause death, I am not inclined to enlarge petitioners 1 and 2, namely, Sajeman @ Sajman @ Shah Jamal and Ansur respectively, on anticipatory bail. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail on their

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12914 of 2017 (2) dt.24-03-2017 2/2 behalf is rejected.

There is general and omni bus allegation against other petitioners, namely, Kalim @ Koli, Alimuddin, and Md. Dildar, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dargruwa P.S. Case No. 3 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II, Purnea, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
