2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including these petitioners kidnapped minor daughter of the informant. The victim girl in her 164 Cr.P.C. statement has supported the prosecution case.

4. Considering the gravity of allegation and 164 CrPC statement of the victim, prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
