2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 20 (b) (ii) B and 22 of the NDPS Act.

3. The case of the prosecution is that from the possession of this petitioner 1 K.G. 131 Grams of 'ganja' like substance was recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that although the recovery made from the possession of this petitioner is more than the small quantity but is much less than commercial quantity. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62549 of 2025(3) dt.27-11-2025 2/2 judicial custody since 08.07.2025 having criminal antecedent of one case.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with S.L. No. 118 of 2025 arising out of NTPC P.S. Case No. 55 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, NDPS Act cum Principal District and Sessions Judge, Patna, subject to condition that he shall not indulge himself in similar nature of case in future.
