Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Beldaur P.S. Case No.180 of 2018 registered under Sections 363, 366 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioners kidnapped his daughter and kept her in the house of Baleshwar Sah, who happens to be the maternal uncle of Mannu Sah (petitioner no.1). Baleshwar Sah demanded Rs.50,000/- for return of the daughter of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59643 of 2019(2) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 victim made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and she disclosed that she voluntarily left her house and went along with Mannu Sah (petitioner no.1) and they solemnized marriage. The victim is a major girl.

Having considered the facts that the victim herself denied the factum of her kidnapping, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M., 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No.180 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No.2743 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Harish/- U T
