JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-05-2023 The limited prayer of the petitioner in the present case is to direct the Circle Officer, Alamnagar, District-Madhepura to conclude the proceedings of the pending Encroachment Case No.06 of 2022.

The learned counsel of the respondent-State submits that in case the proceedings of the aforesaid encroachment case is still pending, the same shall definitely be concluded, within a fixed time frame as fixed by this Court.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Circle Officer,

Patna High Court CWJC No.15321 of 2022(2) dt.11-05-2023 2/2 Alamnagar, District-Madhepura to dispose off the aforesaid Encroachment Case No.06 of 2022, by passing the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, within a period of six weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
