The present writ petition has been filed for following reliefs:- "(i) To quash the order contained in Notification No.-67 contained in Memo. No:- 301 dated 14.03.2024 issued by the Special Secretary-cum-Director, Urdu Directorate, Cabinet Secretariat Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna, so far it relates to petitioner (Serial No.

27), by which she has been transferred from Block Office, Kudhani

Patna High Court CWJC No.14533 of 2024(2) dt.23-09-2024 2/3 Muzaffarpur to Buxar Collectorate under District Urdu Language Cell on the post of Translator Officer (Urdu).

(ii) And be further direct the respondents to consider and transfer the petitioner to nearby District of Patna as she is suffering from several diseases and is under treatment as well in IGIMS, Patna.

(iii) And for any other relief(s) as per the facts and circumstances of this case."

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that by way of transfers the respondent has not been obeying its own policy made for the transfer contained in letter no. 881 dated 03 June 2009.

4. Learned Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner's representation was filed prior to her transfer.

5. In response thereof, Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the authority ought to respect the own policy but the transfer of the petitioner has been made ignoring its own policy.

6. It is directed to the petitioner to file fresh representation to the Director Urdu, Cabinet Secretariat Department, Urdu Directorate, Bihar, Patna (respondent No. 1)

Patna High Court CWJC No.14533 of 2024(2) dt.23-09-2024 3/3 and he is directed to consider the policy made by the Bihar Government in letter No. 881 dated 03 June 2009 and take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioner within 30 days.

7. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
