It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that the order dated 21.4.2011 passed in CWJC No.
Patna High Court CWJC No.16009 of 2014(3) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 8418 of 2010 has been affirmed up to Apex Court by order dated 26.2.2016 passed in SPL (Civil) No. 32070 of 2016. He submits that as a result of the development subsequent to filing of writ application he would be submitting application for absorption against Grade IV post in the light of the decision of the Apex Court noticed hereinabove. The petitioners submit that they would be filing representation before the respondent No. 4 The Director, Mass Education, Government of Bihar, Patna, within a period of four weeks.
In the event such an application is filed, needless to say that the petitioners' claim should be considered by respondent No. 4 in accordance with law.
