One country made pistol and one cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which he is languishing in jail custody since 04.08.2014.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 240 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42962 of 2015 (2) dt.17-09-2015 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad.
