JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(1)(i) For quashing of order dated 09.10.2021 passed by the Collector, Supaul passed in Appeal No. 03/2021 by which the Collector, Supaul has affirmed the order dated 13.03.2021 passed by District Programme Officer, I.C.D.S. Supaul rejecting the candidature of the petitioner for appointment on the post of Aanganwari Sevika.

(ii) For quashing the order dated 13.03.2021 passed by District Programme Officer, I.C.D.S. Supaul by which the District Programme

Patna High Court CWJC No.15972 of 2022(2) dt.20-03-2024 2/2 Officer, I.C.D.S. Supaul has dismissed the petitioner from the post of Anganwadi Sevika and directed appointment of respondent No 4.

(iii) For direction to the Respondents to appoint the petitioner on the post of Aanganwari Sevika at Aanganwari Centre No.

138, Ward No. 04, Panchayat- Chand Pipar, Block- Saraigarh Bhaktiyahi, District- Supaul." 2.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned civil court of competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
