P. No. 2 it appears that there is a substantial compliance of the order passed by the learned Writ Court. As per direction of the learned Writ Court, consideration has been given to the claim of the petitioner and sum of Rs. 3,68,400/- has already been paid to him. As regards the amount withheld and other amount being claimed by the petitioner, he may represent before the Managing Director of the Corporation.
Learned counsel for the Corporation is present. This Court does not find it is a case of willful disobedience of the order of the learned Writ Court.
