For issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.15880 of 2022(2) dt.20-03-2024 2/3 25.03.2022/ 08.04.2022 passed by the Learned Divisional Commissioner, Munger in Anganwari Service Appeal case No. 07/2020 whereby and whereunder he was pleased to reject the appeal filed by the petitioner.

ii. For issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 03.12.2019 passed by the District Program Officer, Sheikhpura vide memo no 1132 by which the petitioner has been denied appointment on the post of Anganwari Sevika from Ward No.7 at Gram-Panchayat-Maldah Block- Barbigha, District-Sheikhpura.

iii. For issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the memo no.519 dated 22.10.2019 passed by the CDPO, Barbigha, Sheikhpura by which the centre Ward No.7at Gram-Panchayat Maldah, BlockBarbigha, Dist- Sheikhpura." 2.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned civil court of competent jurisdiction.
