This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 306, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The victim was having love affairs with the petitioner. When their relationship was noticed by others, the victim committed suicide.

Submission of the petitioner is that the suicide is not the result of direct inducement of the petitioner, hence, allegation of abatement is not made out on bare perusal of the first information report.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13275 of 2017 (3) dt.02-05-2017 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 178 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah, or successor Court.
