2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 220 of 2023, instituted under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 3 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, daughter of the informant was married with Ratan Tiwari. After marriage, the daughter of the informant was subjected to torture for demand of a car as dowry. On 17.03.2023, informant got an information that his daughter is in very bad condition and when he reached
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66487 of 2023(3) dt.08-12-2023 2/3 the Sasural of his daughter, he found her daughter dead lying on the bed. He claimed that petitioners with co-accused have killed his daughter by strangulation of her neck.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 1 is grandmother and petitioner no. 2 is Bua of the husband of the deceased. There is no specific allegation against them. It is further submitted that petitioners were residing separately and had no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. It is further submitted that daughter of the informant had never complained about demand of dowry and torture before any authority. The husband of the victim is already in judicial custody. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State assisted by learned counsel for the informant opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66487 of 2023(3) dt.08-12-2023 3/3 learned concerned Court where the case is pending in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 220 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
