By way of the present application preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 02.02.2015 passed by the learned A.C.J.M., Bagaha in connection with Chautarwa P.S.Case No. 248 of 2012, whereby and whereunder cognizance has been taken against the petitioner for the offence punishable under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

Being confronted with the law laid down by this Court in the matter of Jai Mata Di Rice Mill & Ors Vs. State of
