Although injured Rajo Singh sustained altogether five injuries but except injury no.2 i.e. on the leg, all injuries were found simple in nature.

So far as petitioner is concerned, it is stated that he gave Iron Kata blow on the injured but no incise wound was found on the leg of the injured.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in Kalyanpur P.S. Case no. 40/2015. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
