The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 724/2012 for the offence registered under Sections 323, 498A and 406 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D. P. Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the complainant has solemnized second marriage and leading her marital life with her second husband. It is further submitted dispute between the parties has been resolved before the Mukhiya, Sarpanch as well as co-villager

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge 2nd (west) cum A.C.J.M., Muzuffarpur in connection with Complaint Case No. 724 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.
