The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1303 of 2016 registered under Section 498A, 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the joint prayer made on behalf of the petitioner and the opposite party no. 2, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna, for settlement of dispute in between the petitioner and the opposite party no. 2, who are husband and wife, where the petitioner and the opposite party no.2 settled their dispute in terms of the agreement, which is the part of Mediator's report dated

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Purnea, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1303 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
