2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 354B, 379, 427, 447, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, these two petitioners along with other co-accused persons assaulted the informant and family members. It is further alleged that the accused persons snatched jewellery and also took away cash.
4. It is submitted that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to petty family dispute. Both parties
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65103 of 2023(2) dt.16-10-2023 2/2 are close relatives. Injuries found on the person of injured are simple in nature. Allegation of snatching jewellery and cash is ornamental to make the case grave. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 67 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
