The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 366A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The father of the victim made allegation that the petitioner and other accused persons kidnapped the victim for the purpose of marriage. The victim also made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and she made allegation that while she had gone to ease out the petitioner and others forcibly took her and forced her to marry, but the petitioner did no sexually exploit her. The co-accused Sundar Mandal @ Sunar Mandal has already been enlarged on bail vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34574 of 2015.

No.44608 of 2015 (2) dt.24-09-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for six months, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Ist Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Madhubani in Khutauna P.S. Case No. 22 of 2015.
