JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 448/452/342/354A/354B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act. Allegation against the petitioner is of sexual assault committed against Mamta Kumari. The victim girl has supported the allegation.

Submission is that petitioner is in custody since 20.10.2016.

Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two
