Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No.221 of 2022 registered under Sections 379, 420, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The specific allegation is made against co-accused Rakesh Kumar Singh, Rekha Devi and Rishabh Raj. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and submissions advanced on behalf of the parties,
