The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 436 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Surendra Chouhan, the petitioner, Kailash Chouhan and Sonelal Chouhan are alleged to have set ablaze the house of the informant.

It is submitted that Kailash Chouhan and Sonelal Chouhan have already been enlarged on bail by a different bench of this court and the case of petitioner stands on the same footing. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in Ariari P.S.
