The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, a stolen Apache motorcycle and two sacks containing mahua flower were recovered from the house of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from his possession or his house. He has been falsely implicated in the case. He is in custody since 4.9.2021 and has no criminal antecedents.

No.971 of 2022(3) dt.01-02-2022 2/2 taking into consideration the facts of the case, charge sheet having been submitted in the case and the petitioner not having any criminal antecedents, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Gurua P.S. Case no. 203 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M-Ist , Sherghati, District Gaya.
