2. Petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Bachhwara P. S. Case No. 122 of 2025 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. It is alleged that on 07.04.2025 at about 8 PM, son of the informant went to visit Mela but did not return and when informant searched for him, his dead body was found hanging inside his rented room. Informant suspects that all the F.I.R. named accused persons killed his son as 10 days prior to the alleged occurrence, they had entered house of the deceased and

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that informant is not an eye witness of the alleged occurrence and petitioners have been made accused in this case only on suspicion due to prior enmity. As a matter of fact, deceased committed suicide. There was no external or internal injury found on the person of deceased. Petitioner no. 1 is in custody since 12.05.2025 and petitioner no. 2 is in custody since 30.05.2025. Charge-sheet has already been submitted.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the nature of allegation and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bachhwara P. S. Case No. 122 of 2025.
