2. The petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 137 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 317(4), 317(5), 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.

3. As per allegation, the petitioners were arrested with the stolen motorcycle. On demanding paper, they failed to produce the relevant documents regarding the said motorcycle.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioners. He has also submitted that the

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioners above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 137 of 2024, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
