This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Co-accused, Mithilesh Yadav, fired on the husband of the informant, as a result whereof he died. Other accused persons, including the petitioner, fired at the informant, however, no injury was caused. Submission of the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused, Randhir Yadav and Rahul Yadav as well as Hari Ram Yadav have already been allowed bail by coordinate Benches of this Court vide Annexure 3 series.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14333 of 2017 (3) dt.03-05-2017 2/2 above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jadia P.S. Case No. 155 of 2014 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, or successor Court.
