2. This appeal has been filed against the order dated 19.07.2024 passed by learned Exclusive Special Judge, SC/ST, Patna in ABP No. 2781 of 2024 arising out of Shahpur P.S. Case No. 147 of 2024 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 302, 338, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 3(1)(r)(s), 3(2)(va)(v) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail of appellants has been rejected.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the respondent no. 2

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.4193 of 2024(5) dt.02-04-2026 2/2 that appellants have been declared absconders and processes of Sections 82 and 83 of the Cr.P.C. have been initiated against them to ensure their appearance in the Court.
