Petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 26.3.2016 in a case registered under section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Investigation against the petitioner has been completed and submission on behalf of the petitioner is that husband of the deceased has already been sent to jail custody.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
