The petitioner seeks extension of time earlier granted vide order dated 16.07.2015, in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 48275 of 2014, for surrendering in the Court below in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 51 of 2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was prevented from surrendering in the Court below within the time fixed by this Court, on account of his illness and thus prayed for extension of time. In view of the facts stated in the application, let the petitioner surrender within a period of three weeks from today. The modification application thus, stands disposed of.
