This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The unknown persons, who were accompanied with the petitioner, allegedly assaulted with the butt of pistol and committed theft. The occurrence took place because the informant had forbid some people to not to take wine near his shop.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No. 1050 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13731 of 2017 (2) dt.30-03-2017 2/2 Saharsa, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
