The petitioner seeks bail in Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 17 of 2017 under Section 307, 354(B), 376 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The informant alleged that Hriday Mandal established physical relationship with her after giving assurance of marriage, but Hriday Mandal did not allow her to go to his village. On the face of the F.I.R. it appears that the informant made flimsy allegation against the petitioner, who happens to be the father of Hriday Mandal.

It is submitted that the occurrence is said to have taken place at the 'Naihar place of the informant.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14867 of 2017 (2) dt.18-04-2017 2/2 allegation against the petitioner who is father of Hriday Mandal who has established physical relationship with the informant on assurance of marriage, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Bhawanipur P.S.
