Learned senior counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application with regard to petitioner nos. 2 and 3. Permission is accorded.
The petitioner apprehend her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner no. 1 is a person with clean antecedent and is a

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was appointed in the year 2010 after due verification of her certificate and at the time of verification of certificate was found genuine, it is next submitted that if presently the records of the petitioner is not with the counsel or in the record registered of the counsel then the same is not the fault of the petitioner, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner was completely aware of the order passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 15459 of 2014 but still she continued as she was aware that she had got appointed based on genuine certificate, it is also submitted that no opportunity given to the petitioner before instituting the present FIR seeking explanation with regard to the alleged allegation in the present FIR.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
Considering the submissions made by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner no. 1, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail
