JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 06-02-2023 Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that the petitioner resorted to firing which hit on the right leg of the son of the informant namely, Raja.

It is submitted by learned senior counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case and there is case and counter case between the parties. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69311 of 2022(3) dt.06-02-2023 2/2 that the petitioner is accused in four other cases. Learned APP opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that the allegation against the petitioner is of causing firearm injury to the son of the informant and the injury has been found to be grievous in nature.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, this bail application is rejected. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) DKS/- U
