The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No. 15 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 506, 504/34 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

There is allegation of demand and subjecting to cruelty for non-fulfillment of demand against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not ready to keep the victim.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from today in the court below shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No. 15 of 2014, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41671 of 2014 (2) dt.20-03-2015 Cr.P.C. Further condition that either petitioner shall keep the victim with due dignity and honour or pay maintenance worth Rs.1000/- per month to the victim.
