In this case, the petitioner is seeking relief for grant of monetary benefit in the shape of Assured Career Progression Scheme, arrears of contributory provident fund and other amounts of arrears which he is entitled to.
In paragraph no.7 of the writ petition, it has been averred by the petitioner that he has been paid the post retiral benefits and except some of the admitted dues like monetary
Patna High Court CWJC No.7635 of 2018 dt.27-07-2018 2/2 benefit of First and Second Assured Career Progression. Further, in the supplementary counter affidavit, the petitioner has averred that he has been paid Rs.3,21,364/- for the period of work charge and Rs.1,61,173/- towards differences of salary and the Accountant General has already issued the order for payment of pension.
Whatever the petitioner is entitled, he may approach the authority concerned by filing a proper application. If such an application is filed, the same will be considered by the authority and take decision in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of filing of application by the petitioner.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
