Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 06.07.2021. Vide order dated 12.01.2022, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'R'), which reveals that charge has already been framed on 14.07.2021. Summon was issued, but till date not a single witness appeared before the Court. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 04.06.2020.

Considering the period of custody and stage of trial, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
