Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. A stolen motorcycle was, allegedly, recovered from the house of this petitioner.

Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 11.01.2017. Considering the aforesaid material, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, on completion of six months of custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Samastipur/successor Court in connection with Khanpur Police
